Just over an hour’s drive on State Highway 2 from Wellington, Cobblestones Museum is set in two acres of tranquil grounds where you may choose to picnic under one of many fine trees, after visiting the museum. Cobblestones has a large collection of Wairarapa’s historic buildings, vintage farm machinery, horse-drawn vehicles and many other interesting displays.

The historic church can be booked for weddings and the administration building can be hired for small functions.
